If something doesn’t work out

1. Problems with log in to the site

If the spinner is shown for too long when you enter your username and password on the site, then the security system probably won’t let you in.

Try the following steps (one at a time):
a) Clear the browser cache and refresh the page;
b) Disable the ad blocker, if available;
c) Synchronize the time on the computer (restart the computer);
d) Try another browser;
e) Try a different IP address (VPN);
f) Try the browser mode “Incognito”.

2. Funds were not credited to the balance in your personal account

Send a messages to Veles Support in Telegram.
Please attach to your request
a) a screenshot from the transaction history (withdrawals) in the wallet from which the replenishment was made;
b) the text of the wallet address for withdrawal (copy and paste a line from the withdrawal history, item “a”);
c) the text of the transaction hash (this is “Txid” or “Txhash”, etc., you find it in the withdrawal history, item “a”, copy and paste the line);
d) a screenshot from the Veles personal cabinet, where you received the address for replenishment (you need to select the same settings);
e) the text of your deposit address in Veles (copy and paste the line from the dialog box in point “d”).

3. The exchange is not connected, or there is no necessary type of trading

If you are trying to make a quick connection to the exchange, but it does not work, please use the manual connection instructions for your exchange.

The legislation of some countries does not allow their residents to trade cryptocurrencies, or trade cryptocurrency Futures (but Spot trading is allowed), or restricts the list of permitted exchanges. In this case, the user cannot create an account on the exchange supported by us if he registers as a resident of such a state.

Access to the exchange may be restricted if the user uses a VPN connection via an IP address from a country where the aforementioned prohibitions apply.

Some exchanges only allow all new users to trade on the Spot by default (for safety reasons). Futures trading becomes available only after special activation – by changing the settings of the trading account or even after passing the test/accepting an agreement on understanding the risks of such trading.

4. Telegram does not connect to the Veles profile

If the Telegram account can not link to the Veles profile, it means that it was previously linked to another account.
You need to log into your old Veles account yourself and delete your Telegram address from there.

5. Telegram notifications don’t arrive on time.

Delays in the delivery of Telegram notifications are possible in cases of increased volatility. The number of executed orders is increasing on the exchange – accordingly, more notifications need to be sent.
But Telegram does not allow you to send more than 30 messages per second. We are sending all 30/sec, but there are so many recipients that a queue is forming. Please wait a bit, the queue will be sorted out and the delays will disappear.

When we have our own app, notifications will arrive there without delay.

Notifications do not affect the work of bots in any way, please keep track of the current status of bots at such moments on the site.

6. Bonuses for Challenges are not credited to the balance of the service
