Refund Policy

There are situations when platform users mistakenly replenish their personal account instead of replenishing the balance of the exchange account. In this case, we go forward and return the funds sent.

To start the return procedure, you must fill in a special form:

It is important to note that the return is possible only until the expiration of 7 days from the date of the erroneous replenishment. All requests made for returns later than 7 days will not be accepted. During the procedure, we charge $10 commission from the total amount for manual processing.

The network type for the refund should not be different from the network in which your address was at the time of deposit.

Funds are sent through the network selected in the form above.

You are solely responsible for the correct completion of the chargeback form.

You acknowledge and agree that in case of an incorrect wallet address, you will not be able to access the money.

Refund requests are processed within 5 working days.

In case that intra-platform debits have been made since the moment the payment was made, such a refund will be rejected.
