You can specify the Veles application as trusted when creating an API key on some exchanges. In this case, the validity of the key will be unlimited.
On the rest of exchanges you need to specify the list of trusted IP addresses (which belong to Veles).
For both methods, the lifetime of the API key won’t be limited until you delete it.
Check the exchanges’ documentation to find out, what format is required for the list of trusted IP addresses (comma or space separated) and copy the corresponding list for your API key, so the validity of the API-key won’t be limited:
