Common Issues

Below are solutions to the most common issues when working with the Veles Finance platform. Before contacting support, please check this list. If you don’t find an answer — contact us.

Check the service status. If the site loads slowly after entering your login and password, the security system may be blocking access.

What to try:

  1. Clear your browser cache and refresh the page.
  2. Disable your ad blocker.
  3. Sync the time and restart your computer.
  4. Try another browser.
  5. Change your IP (VPN).
  6. Use “Incognito” mode.

If your ISP/regulator blocks the site — try another VPN.

Other cases:

  • Personal account doesn’t load from a Telegram link — log in via cabinet with your username and password.
  • Password reset — reset form.
  • Change email — write to [email protected] from your old address, include the new email, a profile screenshot with your ID, and linked Telegram.
  • Delete account — write to [email protected] from your login email and attach a profile screenshot.

Write to [email protected] and include:

  1. User ID and email (from profile).
  2. Withdrawal wallet address and network (copy from withdrawal history).
  3. Deposit address and network in Veles.
  4. Transaction hash (Txid/Txhash).
  5. Screenshot of the transaction history from the sending wallet.

If quick connection fails — use the manual connection guide.

Possible causes:

  • Country’s legal restrictions (ban on crypto/futures trading, restricted list of exchanges).
  • VPN with IP from restricted countries.
  • Only spot trading is enabled on the exchange — futures must be enabled manually or by passing a test.

If Telegram doesn’t link — it’s already attached to another account. Log into the old Veles account and unlink it.

During high volatility, Telegram limits sending (30 messages/sec), causing a queue. This does not affect bot operation. Check the status in the cabinet.

In the future, notifications will arrive instantly in our own app.

  • Check Telegram linking in the cabinet.
  • Check status on the challenges page.
  • Sometimes restarting the bot or retaking the challenge is enough.
