Web3 wallet and DEX
What is Web3 and DEX
Section titled “What is Web3 and DEX”A Web3 wallet is your personal way to access crypto assets and DEX services. Unlike a regular exchange, there is no classic login and password flow: actions are confirmed by signing inside the wallet.
The main difference between a DEX and a centralized exchange is that funds remain with the user. The platform does not store your assets for you — it only provides an interface for trading and managing them.
When connecting and trading, two signatures are usually required. This is a normal flow: one signature grants trading permission, the second one allows extra fee deduction.
